By wpengineWallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics cut its carbon dioxide emissions by 6.9 per cent between 2007 and 2008 as part of its environmental policy.
The company has also saved 121,293 tonnes of sulphur dioxide emissions by using lower sulphur fuel content fuel, as well as reducing nitrogen oxide emissions by 20.8 per cent.
The figures were published as part of its Environmental and Social Responsibility Report 2008.
