By wpengineA public inquiry in to the development of a rail freight terminal at St Albans has been set for early October.
The inquiry follows the unanimous decision by St Albans Council to refuse planning permission for HelioSlough’s 3.5m sq ft rail freight terminal after the developer resubmitted the proposal.
