By wpengineGrayson Thermal Systems has taken on the remaining ten years of a lease on a 42,440 sq ft facility at Neo Park, Wharfdale Road, Tyseley, Birmingham.
It took the assignment from GEA Group at a current rent of £223,000 a year (£5.25 per sq ft) as part of a £4m expansion programme.
The property will hold a new production line for automotive equipment.
