ByBox, the field service parts and equipment distribution company, has expanded its services into the Republic of Ireland.
The company currently has an network of more than 18,000 secure drop boxes and manned handover sites in the UK.
It has established ten drop box sites in the Republic of Ireland. Consignments ordered by customers are delivered before 10.30am the next day into the nearest assigned drop box. They can also be delivered directly to the customers’ site if required.
Customers are able to check the status of their deliveries through the ByBox web tracking platform, and receive text alerts to notify engineers when parts have arrived at a specific site.
ByBox reckons is now holds 70 per cent of the field service market. It has more than 90 customers including Coca Cola, Fujitsu, KonicaMinolta, Computacenter, GlaxosSmithkline and Siemens.
