Currie European reckons it has cut operational costs with efficiency improvements, and maintained service levels since installing a Masternaut Three X system last year.
Steve Walls, business systems director at Currie, said: “The system bridges the fine line about what we think is happening with the fleet and what is actually going on and – we now work with real-time factual information.”
Each truck and trailer in the Currie European fleet is equipped with discrete tracking that is monitored via the web. The real-time, web-based service integrates with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. This enables the company to provide customers with instant real-time information about their freight.
