One World Logistics has decided to diversify its business model into commercial property. The company was formerly Peppers Warehousing based at Carlton Forest on Blyth Road, Worksop.
Operating as The Carlton Forest Partnership, the original founder members of Peppers Warehousing – Mark and John Pepper – plan to transform the site into a major commercial distribution park.
Mark Pepper, Managing Partner of The Carlton Forest Partnership, said: “Carlton Forest started life as a single 20,000 sq ft unit and has expanded year-on-year, to such an extent that it can now accommodate 230,000 sq ft of warehousing.”
The site, which comprises eight units ranging in size from 2,803 to 110,596 sq ft and includes a separate office block, is currently occupied by One World Logistics, as well as Elddis Transport and DHL Freight & Container Logistics to name a few.
The Partnership is seeking to lease additional space on site and has instructed national commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton as marketing and letting agent.
