Campaigners against the development of a distribution centre in Hartland Park in Farnborough are taking the government to the High Court for overturning the decision by local councillors to refuse planning permission.

They are also pursuing the case with the European Commission.
The decision by the secretary of state for communities and local government to approve the proposed development by ProLogis and PRUPIM at the former MoD testing facility at Pyestock was taken at the beginning of the month. The development is expected to create 1,600 new jobs.
