Ready meal manufacturer Headland Foods has chosen Norbert Dentressangle to provide frozen storage and distribution.
Headland has sites at Flint in North Wales and Grimsby supplying more than two million own-label ready meals a week to retailers throughout the UK. The company also supplies the in-flight catering sector.
Dentressangle is using its shared-user, temperature-controlled network to provide a daily collection service from Headland’s manufacturing sites, storage within its cold store in Grimsby and onward distribution of product into major multiple retailers’ distribution networks.
Dentressangle is also now handling Headland’s specialist aviation business, serving customers in the in-flight catering sector.
