By wpengineAero Inventory UK, a service provider to companies in the aerospace industry, has taken a ten-year lease on a 72,089 sq ft warehouse at RBS Pension Trustee’s 610/620 The Hub, Skyline 120 in Braintree, Essex at a rent of £6.25 per sq ft.
Aero Inventory UK was unrepresented. Standard Life Investments acted for RBS.
A further 33,800 sq ft has been let at 670 The Hub to Connectix on a 10-year lease at £6.50 per sq ft.
