Grayson Thermal Systems has taken on the remaining 10 years of a lease from GEA Group on a 42,440 sq ft facility at Neo Park, Wharfdale Road, Tyseley, Birmingham.
The current rent is £223,000 a year (£5.25 per sq ft). Salway Bradbury acted for Grayson while BNP Paribas Real Estate advised GEA Group.
This is the "wpengine" admin user that our staff uses to gain access to your admin area to provide support and troubleshooting.
