Framptons Transport Services has added 30 new TIP trailers to its 100-strong UK and European distribution fleet.
The company staggered the trailer orders, taking 15 earlier this year, a further nine in May and June, and more recently, the last six.
The new trailers consist of SDC pillarless curtainsiders; SDC Euroliners, all with sliding roofs and load protection bars; nSDC curtainsiders, each fitted with full rear taillifts; and SDC pillarless curtainsider trailers.
All the trailers will be based at the company’s head office in Shepton Mallet, Somerset and will each cover between 50,000 and 80,000kms per year over a five-year working life at Framptons.
