Americana International, which owns the Bench clothing brand, has chosen Clipper Logistics to run its UK warehousing and transport operations.
Americana will continue to run from the warehouse in Worsley, just off the M60 near Bolton. Clipper’s contract includes the lease for the Worsley site over a five and a half year term, as well as the transfer of 76 members of staff who will join Clipper’s team in December.
Clipper plans to install a 55,000 sq ft mezzanine floor in the warehouse, which will bring capacity up to around 160,000 sq ft.
