Electricals group Philips has renewed its contract with Ceva in Italy for another three years. Ceva will manage inbound and outbound goods, warehousing activities, transport in Italy.
Ceva will set aside 20,000 sq m for the company at its Zingonia warehouse, in the province of Bergamo, where around 2.6 million boxes will be managed every year.
Gianfranco Sgro, president of Ceva for Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said the new contract would involve the further integration and digitalization of product warehousing and transport.
