Norbert Dentressangle has won a six-year storage and distribution contract with Italian firearms manufacturer Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta.
Under the deal the logistics company will handle storage and distribution of branded clothing and accessories to Beretta stores and other retail customers throughout Italy and Europe.
Operations will be run from its hub at Castel San Giovanni in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy; 3,000 sq m (32,291 sq ft) of which will be dedicated to the Beretta contract.
With records dating back to 1526, Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta is the oldest company within the Beretta Holding Group, which encompasses key manufacturers of field and competition firearms and optics, as well as trading and distribution companies in Italy and abroad.
