By wpengineDeveloper Gladman has secured outline planning permission for the UK’s largest distribution warehouse at its Vertical Point distribution park on the former Bevercotes Colliery in Nottinghamshire.
A single building of up to 2 million sq ft could be built on the site with an eaves height of up to 30m.
