Oxford University Press has relocated from Corby to ProLogis Park Kettering.
It has taken a 402,000 sq ft warehouse with the aim of expanding.
ProLogis Park Kettering is a 1.7 million sq ft distribution park located near junction seven of the A14 motorway, just north of Kettering town centre.
With this lease, four of the five buildings at the newly developed distribution park are now fully occupied. Letting agents are Budworth Brown and Burbage Realty.
