Geodis Calberson has launched a distribution product called Eurotop, which is available from the UK to European destinations including Austria, Benelux, France, Germany, Spain, Itlay and Portugal.
The delivery service offer the same main features as its Top 48 service, but now offers delivery to specific countries within 48 to 96 hours.
Eurotop provides daily truck connections and monitoring of delivery through local network branches.
The service will focus on the distribution of high-end finished consumer goods ranging from one to 1,000kg and will be available through online booking. It is backed by real-time online access to the status of shipments and POD documents with e-sp@ce.
The product is particularly relevant to sectors including high-tech, automotive spare parts, textiles, healthcare, cosmetic/perfumery and wine/spirits.
For larger network shipments Geodis Calberson’s Eurofirst product can be used hand-in-hand with Eurotop.
