Armstrong Logistics has taken developer Goodman’s 96,500 sq ft Unit 3 warehouse on RD Park Hinckley in Leicestershire to service a retail supermarket contract.
The deal was secured on a 15 year lease at a rent of £5.50 per sq ft. North Rae Sanders and Savills advised.
