AF Blakemore & Son which has a contract with Spar, has secured a 17-year lease at USS Pension Fund’s 80,074 sq ft warehouse known as Unit 3, Premier Park, just off Junction 30 of the M62 motorway.
The property will act as a northern hub. Gent Visick and King Sturge advised.
