The Storage Equipment Centre has completed the design, supply and installation of Domino’s Pizza Group’s storage facility at its hub in Milton Keynes.
The system covers ambient, chilled and freezer storage. The ambient warehouse uses a very narrow aisle pallet racking system, which enables maximum capacity for the area with further room to expand if required.
The chilled and freezer stores use a push back racking system.
Domino’s began working with SEC in 2007, with installation beginning in December 2009.
SEC also completed the installation of the narrow aisle guide rails and barriers within the warehouse for pedestrian and rack safety.
