Salad grower and packager Stubbins has taken Henderson’s 177,900 sq ft Magnum 25 warehouse in Waltham Cross as a new salad packing facility. The warehouse boasts 12m eaves and has 14 dock and three level access doors. Letting agents are King Sturge, CB Richard Ellis and Knight Frank.
