By wpengineEuro Car Parts has taken a 256,000 sq ft D&B facility at IM Properties Birch Coppice on a 15 year lease with a break at 10 years at a rent in there region of £5.50 per sq ft.
The property will be used as a new National distribution centre. IM Properties was advised by Eagleton & Co while Colliers CRE acted for Euro Car Parts.
