By wpengineRecycling and biomass energy producer Verdo Renewable has taken LaSalle Investment Management’s 100,000 sq ft warehouse facility at Units 1 & 2, Inchyra Road, Grangemouth, Stirlingshire on a 20-year lease at a rent of £355,000 a year.
As a result of the lease, Verdo Renewable will continue to develop its recently built multi-million pound wood pellet production facility located on the site.
