By wpengineDart Group, parent company of Fowler Welch Coolchain, has taken developer SEGRO’s 500,000 sq ft The Hub distribution facility in Heywood Distribution Park, Greater Manchester to support its continued expansion in the North West.
The cost of the 55,000-pallet capacity centre was not disclosed. King Sturge and Savills are joint agents on Heywood Distribution Park.
