Top speakers are lined up for Demand-Driven Supply Chain, which is set to take place on 15th and 16th June in Brussels, Belgium.
Shonagh Rohrig of Diageo, Tako De Haan of Nike and Hans Gerla of NXP Semiconductors will be hosting a panel discussion on managing uncertainty by putting in place best practice planning processes that integrate sourcing, production, distribution, inventory and service strategies.
They will look at making the right trade-offs in manufacturing and product supply processes through S&OP, identifying the weak spots throughout the supply chain and ensuring all the necessary data is there to make improvements; building flexibility into processes without increasing cost; and reviewing inputs and outputs regularly to spot shifts in demand and adapt processes.
