Catering equipment and supplies group HCK has taken Opus North’s 66,500 sq ft warehouse and offices at its Opus 36 business park on the outskirts of Goole.
HCK has secured a six year lease at a rent of £3.50 per sq ft for the 60,000 sq ft warehouse and £6 per sq ft for the 6,500 sq ft offices.
