According to CBRE’s latest industrial research four of the biggest units available at the end of the first quarter of the year were second hand.
Paul Farrow, of CBRE, said: “This illustrates the relative shortage of new space in the logistics market.” These include both the 750,000 sq ft former MFI warehouse at Nimbus Park, Doncaster and a 750, 000 sq. ft. unit on Thornton Road, Bradford.
