Ericsson has chosen Panalpina to handle its local distribution warehouse and site deliveries across the United Arab Emirates.
Panalpina operates a 1,000 sqm warehouse located at the Dubai Investment Park and provides customs clearance, pick & pack as well as delivery to site, offloading by crane and reverse logistics.
Johan Andersson, corporate key account manager telecom Panalpina Arabian Belt, said: “This business win is a major breakthrough for Panalpina’s supply chain management services in the Middle East. In combination with the previously awarded air freight and ocean freight business, Panalpina is offering a real end-to-end solution from the manufacturing plants in Asia and Sweden up to the telecom site located in rural areas or even off-road in the desert.”
