By wpengineDemand for warehouses in the Midlands outstripped all other regions in the UK during the first quarter of 2010, according to new research by CBRE.
Take-up during the quarter was more than 2.25 million sq ft – 51 per cent of total take-up of industrial and logistics property in the UK.
The south east region was the second highest with 34 per cent.
