Wardworth has moved its Ladderstore warehousing and distribution operations to 3P Logistics of Warrington after seeing an upturn in sales during the past year for both its Ladderstore.com and Scalesexpress.com brands.
Managing director Gail Hounslea said: “Looking ahead it was clear that we would need to expand our logistics operations and continuing to retain this function in-house was not going to prove cost-effective. It made sense to find a specialist in e-fulfilment, used to large sized orders and with a proven service record. In 3P Logistics we believe we have found a pro-active supply chain partner and we look forward to working with them”.
