Kimberly-Clark has taken the 360,000 sq ft former Wolseley UK distribution warehouse at Revolution Park, Chorley on an 11 year lease from new owner F&C Commercial Property Trust. The property was sold in a deal thought to be in the region of £24m. Colliers International acted for Kimberly-Clark.
