MetaPack has launched Parcel-Track.com as a standalone platform which can be used on any consignment regardless of whether it has been shipped through MetaPack or not.
Parcel-Track provides a single point to find tracking information and is now available through FedEx, APC, UK Mail, City Link, La Poste, DHL, DPD, Yodel, Hermes, Interlink, Parcelforce, Royal Mail Special , Tuffnells, TNT and UPS.
The system presents the user with a single input form which accepts any configuration of consignment number from any carrier.
The user is then automatically taken to the relevant tracking information for their shipment, helping to save time and the need to go to a separate carrier web site and search for the tracking information again.
Parcel-Track can be operated on even basic browsers such as mobile technology with or without the use of a mouse and can be presented in the customer’s own branding.
It can used free of charge and requires no registration or login.
