Unipart Technology Logistics has been awarded the highest level of repair accreditation by Sony Ericsson, enabling it to handle all repairs of Sony Ericsson’s handsets.
The company can now handle all activity in house, including complex chip and circuit board repairs. Previously a small number of phones had to be repaired by a specialist third party. This increased the amount of time taken to repair handsets, as well as incurring shipping costs.
