Asda has leased a 263,000 sq ft warehouse next to one of its current distribution centres at Redhouse Interchange near Doncaster.
Asda has taken a new lease on the unit, known as Hurricane, from AXA Real Estate in a deal brokered by Leeds based industrial agency Gent Visick.
Andrew Gent of Gent Visick said “This letting almost completes the industrial/distribution element of the 200 acre Redhouse Interchange with just one site of 17 acres remaining on the development which would accommodate a unit of up to 300,000 sq ft.
Colliers International acted on behalf of the tenants Asda, while Knight Frank acted as joint agents with Gent Visick for Hurricane on behalf of AXA Real Estate.
