By wpenginePoundworld has taken the 215,000 sq ft Axis 62 warehouase on Foxbridge Way, Normanton on a ten-year lease with a five-year optional break clause at a rent of £4.25 a sq ft.
The warehouse will be used as part of Poundworld¹s national expansion drive. King Sturge and Carter Towler, acting for
owner AXA REIM, while AWS advised Poundworld.
