Laser toner remanufacturer Static Control Components Europe, has changed its distribution operations with Geodis Calberson.
Geodis Calberson now provides a load optimising for Static Control’s groupage activity across the UK, Europe and North Africa.
The aim of the changes was to simplify communication during and after transit.
A track and trace web service allows daily shipments to be located in real time, and Geodis Calberson’s customer service team reacts to issues as they arise.
This also allows performance reporting whereby performance is measured monthly against KPIs. Currently Geodis Calberson reckon 98 per cent of the average of 100 shipments every week are delivered on time.
