Supply chain management company Ceva has launched its new warehouse management system, Matrix.
Ceva describe Matrix as a tool based on RedPrarie software. It will become Ceva’s global standard system, providing a common infrastructure for customers, while allowing for local flexibility when required.
RedPrairie and Ceva have worked in partnership to integrate all systems to provide global coverage.
The Matrix WMS will act as a common framework allowing integration of other Matrix applications, providing efficiencies of cost and scale.
Peter Dew, chief information officer at Ceva, said: “The new platform will provide us with greater flexibility and data delivery by using a global infrastructure with stronger round the clock support, availability and management which meets the growing needs of our key global and regional customers.”
