By wpengineClothing company Cult, part of SuperGroup, has taken more warehouse space at Croudace Properties’ Barnwood Point scheme in Gloucestershire.
The company has secured a ten-year lease on Units 4 and 5, which total 72,000 sq ft. Last year Cult took 100,000 sq ft.
Noyes Lewis acted for Cult while Alder King and BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Croudace Properties.
