Duncan Eyre has become commercial director of the UK transport services division of Norbert Dentressangle. He will head a new business development team to support the expansion of the company’s shared-user network services, including palletised distribution. Further appointments to the team are expected over the next few months.
Benelux responsibility
Inchcape Shipping Services is giving its senior managers from Belgium and the Netherlands wider responsibility for the Benelux region. Patrick Van Huffelen, previously general manager of ISS Belgium is now general manager Benelux, and Ron Meuldijk who was previously general manager of ISS Holland is now general manager, commercial for Benelux.
Recycling manager
Packaging company Rexam Beverage Can has appointed Matthew Rowland-Jones UK recycling manager. In the newly created role he will be responsible for initiatives to increase the recycling of beverage cans in the UK. The UK is the largest can market in Europe, but has a relatively low can recycling rate.
Cargo Wise choice
Logistics technology supplier Cargo Wise has made Adam Kossak its commercial director. Kossak has more than 15 years of commercial, operational and legal experience in the software industry as well as being a lawyer himself. His previous responsibilities have also covered human resources, sales and marketing management.
