Morrisons has launched a “mini-tabloid” newspaper specifically for its distribution staff. “M One” is designed to have “a chatty, engaging editorial style as well as people-based pictures and a populist page design”.
Andrew Crowe, internal communications manager (logistics) at Morrisons said: “There was so much good news going on here in distribution that we asked our colleagues if they would like their own publication. The answer was a loud: ‘Yes please’.
