DHL Express UK has won a contract with Procurement Scotland to be the main courier services provider for Scottish public sector organisations.
Under the contract, DHL will provide courier services such as same day, overnight and international deliveries for central government, local government, universities and colleges, the fire service, police force, charities and the NHS, at pre-agreed rates.
DHL has 25 sites across Scotland as well as a new international hub in Edinburgh.
DHL was appointed following a review of all courier contracts to centralised services under a Procurement Framework Agreement.
