By wpengineProLogis signed a lease agreement for a new 457,546 sq ft built to suit warehouse at ProLogis Park Pineham in Northampton with BMW.
Additionally the company signed a new lease agreement with hair care brand TiGi, which is wholly owned by Unilever, on an 85,450 sq ft existing unit, DC7, at ProLogis Park Marston Gate.
The two new leases total over 500,000 sq ft in the M1 corridor.
