Exide Technologies will be aligning its global industrial businesses under a common name, GNB Industrial Power.
These changes affect only the names of the global industrial divisions, not the types of products manufactured and marketed or any other aspect of this business.
Jim Bolch, chief executive and president, said: “I am confident that this change will help strengthen us as a company going forward as we leverage the power of our industrial businesses around the world under one common name.”
