Ultimate Angling has taken on APC Overnight “Handled with Care” services and NetDespatch software to expand its online and mail order business.
APC’s NetDespatch will run alongside the store’s own order processing system, and will label parcels and provide a track and trace facility for quicker deliveries and better security.
General manager Seb Blow said: “It runs in tandem with our back office system, which we use to process customer orders and create a pick list for the warehouse. The customer order details, unique customer IDs and delivery addresses from the pick list are then input to NetDespatch, quickly and easily.
