Honda (UK) has awarded Inside Track, part of DHL Supply Chain, a contract to manage its corporate fleet demonstrator programme.
The new contract will begin in January 2011, when Inside Track will manage all aspects of the programme including customer booking, delivery and collection, vehicle conditioning and fleet management.
The firm is also improving customer service with PDA technology to provide SMS notification of delivery times and customers will be able to track the status of their delivery online.
