Modular building services maker Crown House Technologies has taken Minton’s 129,000 sq ft Trinity Point warehouse in Oldbury.
The 10m high building sits on a 7 acre site and was marketed by joint agents Colliers and King Sturge at a quoting rent of £3.50 per sq ft. Gerald Eve acted for Crown House Technologies.
