According to DTZ’s first ever Occupier Perspectives European Occupancy Costs – Logistics 2010 report which compares overall occupier costs across Europe, logistics occupiers in the UK will see the slowest rise in cost levels and benefit from relatively low labour costs when compared to other high cost European countries over the next three years.
