General manager for Seafield bulk business
Seafield Logistics has appointed John Hillie general manager of its bulk division .
He has held senior line management positions with Exel logistics, Bibby Distribution and NYK logistics, providing services to a number of blue chip customers in various industry sectors.
New role for Culina’s Plumley
Culina Logistics has appointed David Plumley as a supply chain development manager. He will be based at the company’s Bristol depot.
For the past ten years he has worked Culina’s central operations division as a liaison between customers, the firm’s supply chain planning teams and its regional depots.
Oakland hire quality assurance manager
Oakland International has made Louise Smith its quality assurance manager.
In her new role Smith will oversee the QA department, and support systems and development of policies and procedures of Oakland’s operational platforms and distressed load management service.
