Jacobson, the US third party logistics provider, is to implement Four Soft’s multi-modal transport management system – initially on a five year deal.
Jacobson was founded in 1968 and now operates more than 35 million square feet of warehouse space in 35 states across the United States and employ approximately 7,000 people. Its network includes 193 facilities worldwide with rapid growth in Asia and emerging markets around the globe.
It provides end-to-end supply chain solutions that include: warehousing and distribution, freight management, contract packaging and manufacturing, air and ocean freight forwarding, customs brokerage, deconsolidation and transloading.
