Denholm Forwarding has snapped up a 164,000 sq ft warehouse on Dooley Road in Felixstowe, Suffolk on a sub-let from existing tenant Verbrugge International within weeks of the property coming on the market.
Jim Frankis of Frankis Porter said: “We had significant interest in the building and a quick deal was achieved. This clearly demonstrates the lack of – and huge demand for – warehousing accommodation in the area.”
